Terms and conditions for using HolyGround services.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of HolyGround Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of services (hereinafter "Services") provided on the online platform HolyGround (https://holyground.world) operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Company: A business operator that operates a virtual business place where goods can be traded using information and communication facilities.
  • User: A person who accesses the site and uses the Services, including both members and non-members.
  • Member: A person who provides personal information, registers as a member, and continuously uses the Services.
  • Non-member: A person who uses the Services without membership registration.
  • Product: Goods or services provided through the site.
  • Buyer: Members and non-members who purchase products.

Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms)

  • These Terms are posted on the initial screen of the site, and amendments are announced with reasons and effective dates.
  • A minimum grace period of 30 days is provided for changes unfavorable to users.
  • Amended Terms apply to contracts concluded after the effective date.

Article 4 (Rules Outside the Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms follow relevant laws and customs.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Services)

  • Services provided: Product information provision, purchase contract conclusion, product delivery, and other services determined by the Company.
  • Changes are immediately announced with content and date.

Article 6 (Service Interruption)

  • Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or communication disruptions.
  • The Company is not liable for damages in cases without intent or negligence.

Article 7 (Membership Registration)

  • Membership registration is completed upon application according to the Company's form and acceptance.
  • Registration may be restricted if there are false statements or omissions.

Article 8 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  • Members can request withdrawal at any time.
  • The Company may restrict or revoke membership for violations, non-payment, or illegal activities.

Article 9 (Notice to Members)

  • Individual notices are sent to registered email addresses; general notices may be posted on the site.

Article 10 (Purchase Application)

  • Purchase procedure: Product selection → Recipient information input → Terms confirmation and agreement → Payment method selection.

Article 11 (Contract Formation)

  • A contract is formed when the Company's receipt confirmation reaches the user.

Article 12 (Payment Methods)

  • Available payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment, bank deposit, electronic money, points, and other electronic payment methods.
  • The Company does not charge additional payment fees.

Article 13 (Receipt Confirmation and Purchase Change/Cancellation)

  • Changes/cancellations can be requested immediately after receipt confirmation. Processed immediately if before delivery.

Article 14 (Supply of Goods)

  • Delivery measures within 7 days from the subscription date.
  • Delivery methods, costs, and periods are specified in advance.

Article 15 (Refunds)

  • Immediate notification and refund within 3 business days if supply is impossible due to out-of-stock.

Article 16 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

  • Withdrawal possible within 7 days after receipt.
  • Limited for partial consumption, value reduction, or damaged packaging of reproducible items.

Article 17 (Effects of Withdrawal)

  • Refund within 3 business days after return receipt.
  • Payment cancellation request for card payments.

Article 18 (Personal Information Protection)

  • Collection of minimal personal information only.
  • Purpose notification and consent required for collection.
  • Additional consent required for use beyond purpose or third-party provision.

Article 19 (Company Obligations)

  • Prohibition of violations of laws and public morals.
  • Stable service provision.
  • Personal information protection and prohibition of unfair advertising.

Article 20 (User Obligations)

Prohibited actions:

  • False information registration, identity theft, unauthorized changes to company information, illegal content posting, intellectual property infringement, defamation, etc.

Article 21 (Intellectual Property Rights and Content Attribution)

  • Copyright of works created by the Company belongs to the Company.
  • Reproduction, distribution, and commercial use of content are prohibited.

Article 22 (Dispute Resolution)

  • The Company operates a damage compensation processing mechanism.
  • Consumer disputes may follow relevant institution mediation procedures.

Article 23 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  • Lawsuits fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company's headquarters.
  • Compliance with laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 24 (Refund Policy)

Digital content sold by the Company can only be refunded in the following cases:

  1. Content not viewed within 7 days after payment
  2. Unable to view due to technical defects
  3. Valid reasons acknowledged by the Company

Refunds are restricted in the following cases:

  1. Content viewed or downloaded at least once
  2. 7 days have passed since purchase
  3. Special promotional products with prior notice

The Company determines refund eligibility after confirming content usage, and takes measures according to law in cases of serious defects.


Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect from January 23, 2025.
